I might want to put in to make the bathroom bigger. Right now it is
simply a part of the mudroom area. The blue square with pink
stripes is the add-on closet in the family room from
when somebody was using it as a bedroom. I think
I would get rid of that.
Pretty close to the neighbor, but many houses are like that
in the area.

The front. He says the roof is fine, but old. Down
the road it will no doubt need work.

The side yard area... belongs to somebody else but has been
this way for over twenty years.
